JC's Mission Statement

Captain JC Rathwell is dedicated to enriching the quality of life for Kelowna and the Central Okanagan residents and becoming the "voice of business " at City Hall.

JC will ensure the goals of the citizens of Kelowna are fulfilled, and he will encourage unity and express true family values, while meeting the requirements of private citizens and corporations to help them prosper in the local, regional, provincial and global economy.

Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, JC is a highly motivated person with vast experiences in the start-up and management of many successful businesses including President and Captain of Executive Houseboat Charters flagship, the "Executive Boardroom," which was instrumental and pro-active in providing emergency Water Taxi services during the Westside Road collapse in 2005, and the Peachland road closure in 2008.

JC will constantly strive to be available for the citizens of Kelowna and will show by example and with a reputation of treating everyone with the highest level of honesty and integrity.

JC will continue to be active in, and a proud supporter of local charities which directly benefit the community and the citizens of Kelowna.
